Introducing Bhutani Bayview at International Film City, Noida

In a significant development, real estate developer Bhutani Group, a part of Bayview Projects, has been chosen as the concessionaire for the proposed international film city near Noida airport. The project, situated along the Yamuna Expressway, is a result of a public-private partnership (PPP) with the Uttar Pradesh government. According to Bhutani Group CEO Ashish Bhutani, this film city aims to be the best in the world, featuring global-first elements. Bayview Projects, the chosen operator for the film city, boasts support from renowned filmmaker Boney Kapoor, with Parmesh Construction Company and Noida Cyberpark as consortium members. Bhutani emphasized the magnitude of the project, stating it would be worth "thousands of crore."
With the signing, the Bayview Projects has also been handed over the allotted land parcel to start the work. The first phase of the project will be built on 230 acres of land, while the total area earmarked for the project is 1,000 acres. In January 2024, a consortium led by Bayview Projects and Bhutani Infra was awarded the contract by the Uttar Pradesh government to develop the Noida International Film City along the Yamuna Expressway which connects Greater Noida with the heritage cities of Mathura and Agra.

Bhutani Group Bayview Film City will be developed in Sector-21 along the Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport. Of the 230 acres of land, 155 acres will be dedicated for industrial use and 75 acres for commercial use. The total investment in the first phase of the film city is over Rs 1,500 crore. The industrial aspect of the project will comprise the development of film studios, a film institute, post-production facilities, and other film-related developments, While on the commercial part, it will feature hospitality projects and amusement parks, among others.
Basically, the international film city would be developed abiding by the division of land use into seven zones in Sector-21 near Noida Airport. There is also a likelihood for a signature tower within the film city. According to the master plan, all studios in the film city are to run on solar systems that are to be installed on the rooftops of the studios.
